HONESTLY, WHO THROWS A SHOE...

Man, times have been frustrating around work this last week. We have two clients who don't seem to understand the whole client process. That's the only problem with the business having a niche market in Churches, for the most part they're either not professional at all, or SO professional that they think they know everything and won't listen to recommendations. Right now we're dealing with the non-professional ones. You see when you're doing business you set up a client contact, and thus a beautiful relationship is born. Information passes freely, communication remains simple, one-on-one and open. Then you get these churches where as soon as one persons politics disagree with the job, the lines of proper communication are destroyed as they decide to become the contacts themselves and assert their agenda. It wastes HOURS of our time as they do this. Every decision has to be re-explained and gone over. Any disagreements SHOULD go through to the contact and then on to us from the contact... that's the whole point. We try to enforce that standard, but it's hard to tell people to SOD OFF without sounding a little rude. Still gotta keep the customer happy, just wish they weren't so disruptive. Anyways... just a little venting. Life goes on.

In other news, we're bottling our second beer tonight. So in addition to our "Fat Monk Trappist Ale", we now have the "We fight, we drink, we drink, we fight, we fight, we drink, we drink, Irish Red Ale" (homage to an SNL skit).

Final Confession for the Day: If any of you watch Rockstar: Supernova, you'll note that Ryan Starr was sent home last night. I became a big fan of his for awhile, until this week, when he followed a retarded looking/sounding performance of Coldplay's "Clocks" with an absolute butchering of The Who's "Baba O'Riley", I mean honestly, he just looked like a psycho.
